SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of physical (tangible) products made through NMKL.RTW TRADING via https://nmklrtw.com/.

Note: This policy does not apply to intangible or digital products unless otherwise stated.


1. Shipping Address

  • We will only ship orders to the billing address or shipping address provided during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

    • Shipping address is accurate and complete

    • A reachable phone number is provided

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes).

  • NMKL.RTW TRADING will not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If goods are returned due to incorrect address information, re-delivery charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.


2. Change of Shipping Address

  • Requests to change shipping details must be submitted via email to:

  • Change requests should be made within 12 hours of order submission.

  • Requests made after 24 hours from order confirmation may result in additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.

  • Changes are subject to order processing status and courier availability.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • No urgent or same-day shipping requests are accepted.


4. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Deliveries are made during office hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) on weekdays only.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • NMKL.RTW TRADING is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once the parcel is picked up by our courier partner, a tracking number will be provided via:

    • Email

    • SMS

    • Mobile app notification (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.


6. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if:

  • Recipient is unreachable

  • Address provided is incorrect or incomplete

  • Parcel is unclaimed after courier attempts

Any re-delivery or re-shipment costs will be charged to the customer.


7. Non-Tangible Products (If Applicable)

For non-tangible or service-based products:

  • Order confirmation and proof of purchase will be sent via email, SMS, or mobile app

  • No physical shipment or tracking number will be provided

  • Invoice or receipt will be issued digitally
