Note: This policy applies to physical (tangible) products only. Intangible or digital products are not refundable, unless otherwise stated.
1. Order Processing Notice
Orders are processed within 5 working days after payment is received (Monday to Friday only).
NO urgent orders are accepted.
Customers must ensure all personal details and order information are correct before confirming payment.
Once payment is confirmed, changes or cancellations are strictly limited as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

Once a valid cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
Cancellation requests made after shipment will not be accepted.
3. Return & Refund Eligibility (After Shipment)

Damaged Item During Delivery
Only products purchased directly from NMKL.RTW TRADING official online store are eligible for this policy.
Products purchased through third-party retailers must follow the respective retailer’s return and refund policies.
4. Valid Return Reasons
A. Incorrect Item
Item received does not match the order
Wrong size or colour compared to order confirmation
Missing item(s) inside the package
B. Damaged Item
Item is damaged upon receipt
Item shows signs of damage, tampering, refurbishment, or manufacturing defect
5. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
Return request must be made and item shipped back within 7 working days from date of receipt
Proof of purchase is required (invoice number and receipt)
Item must be:
Unused and in new condition
Returned in original packaging
Returned together with any free gifts received
Item must be properly packed to prevent damage during return shipment
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted
NMKL.RTW TRADING reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or cancellation request that does not meet the above conditions or is deemed unreasonable.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, promotional, or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
